Based in Devon and Somerset, Cavemouth make music to keep the neighbours away and the foxes in. All the members of the band have been playing in the West Country scene and beyond for years in a variety of different bands and styles. The band produce a fabulously gritty original sound, blending blues, funk and hip-hop liberally sprinkled with jazz saxophone and conscious lyrics (or 'Swamp Funk' as the band like to call it). Guaranteed to get people up and dancing, the band are firm festival favourites, having played at Glastonbury, Boomtown, Sidmouth Folk Festival and Clockenflap festival in Hong Kong. Seen below at Seafest. The Band have recorded three albums of original material in the past few years, all available online and on CD.
